# Ball Bangers win 18U title in a deciding game after a run through the losers' side

YSP-CE-18U gave the wrap its strongest result. Ball Bangers lost in the bracket 18U and came back through the losers' side to win it. Ball Bangers beat 7th floor crew 10-9 in the first final game, and that win forced a deciding game. Ball Bangers then won the deciding game 5-3. Ball Bangers reached the final 4-1 and finished 6-1.

The USA Softball South Dakota Youth Slowpitch Co-ed End of the Year Tournament was played August 8 and 9, 2026, in Watertown, SD. It covered 4 divisions, 36 teams and 76 scored games.

YSP-CE-18U: bracket 18U, two games for one title. 7th floor crew had not lost a game before the final, so Ball Bangers's 10-9 win in the first final game forced a deciding game. Ball Bangers won it 5-3 and are the champion, with 7th floor crew as runner-up. No. 2 seed Ball Bangers beat No. 1 seed 7th floor crew in the bracket. 7th floor crew reached the final 3-0 and finished 3-2.

YSP-CE-16U: bracket, two games for one title. Honeybunns won the first final game 10-7 over Sodak, which forced a deciding game because Sodak had not lost before the final. Sodak won the deciding game 10-6 and is the champion, with Honeybunns as runner-up. No. 10 seed Sodak beat No. 2 seed Honeybunns in the bracket. Sodak reached the final 4-0 and finished 5-1, and Honeybunns reached the final 5-1 and finished 6-2.

YSP-CE-14U: bracket, championship. Team Awesome beat Don't Pitch Us Off 12-2 for the title. Team Awesome did not lose a game, with 4 wins in YSP-CE-14U. No. 8 seed Team Awesome beat No. 4 seed Don't Pitch Us Off in the bracket. Don't Pitch Us Off reached the final 4-1 and finished 4-2.

YSP-CE-12U: bracket play, championship. Scuba Squad beat Huron 12U Coed Softball 20-5 for the title. Scuba Squad did not lose a game: 3 wins in YSP-CE-12U. Scuba Squad reached the final 2-0 and finished 3-0, and Huron 12U Coed Softball reached the final 2-1 and finished 2-2.
