Southwest Ohio Legends 18u won the 16/18-BC division title at the 2026 Cincy Metro USA B/C Fall Championship in Lebanon, Ohio, beating Roadwarriors 7-4 in the bracket final.

Southwest Ohio Legends 18u reached the final 3-1 and finished 4-1. Roadwarriors reached the final 3-1 and finished 3-2.

Southwest Ohio Legends 18u opened the event on Oct. 17 with a 7-4 pool loss to Cincy Flames 18u, then beat Ohio MOJO - Scaggs 9-0. In bracket play on Oct. 18 the Legends beat Clinton County Chaos 16u 12-1 and Ohio Thunder 2010 10-3 before meeting Roadwarriors.

Roadwarriors lost to Headlines 2011 6-4 in their first pool game, then beat UA Slammy 16U 17-3. In the bracket they beat Cincy Flames 18u 6-3 and Lady Warhawks 16U-Wehrman 10-7 to earn a place in the final.

Roadwarriors lost to Southwest Ohio Legends 18u 7-4 in the final, and finished 3-2 after a run that took them through two bracket wins to the championship game.
