Alabama Thunderbolts 2028-Carroll won the 16-Open division at the USA Scout Town Showcase in Fultondale, beating North Alabama Rockets 2010 10-1 in the 16u bracket final.

Alabama Thunderbolts 2028-Carroll reached the final 5-0 and finished 6-0. They did not lose a game in 16-Open. Along the way they beat Alabama Firecrackers 2030 2-1 in the bracket and North Alabama Rockets 14U Gibbs 14-2.

North Alabama Rockets 2010 reached the final 5-1 and finished 5-2. They beat Auburn Wildcats 2030/2031 - Whitfield 11-1, Sparks Elite 16U HILL 5-1 and Dothan Warriors 2030 - Hall 10-2 on Sunday to earn the title game.

North Alabama Rockets 2010 had also won 15-0 and 3-1 in pool play on Saturday, and their run through the bracket earned them a place in the championship.
