PA OUTLAWS/Jill Wilmott won the 16-B championship at the Spooktaculer Showdown in Flemington/Whitehouse/Hillsborough, beating Unity Marino 14U 5-4 in the Bracket final on Sunday, Oct. 25.

PA OUTLAWS/Jill Wilmott reached the final 5-0 and finished 6-0. They did not lose a game all weekend. Unity Marino 14U reached the final 4-1 and finished 4-2.

The two teams had met before. PA OUTLAWS/Jill Wilmott beat Unity Marino 14U 4-1 in Pool A on Saturday. The final was a one-run game.

PA OUTLAWS/Jill Wilmott opened the bracket with a 17-0 win over Havenwood Revolution 16U Brooks, then beat Bears 16u-Freedom 3-2 to reach the final.

Unity Marino 14U beat NJ Diamonds 7-3 and Wolves 16U 8-4 in the bracket to earn its place in the final. The runner-up played a strong weekend and took the champions to the last run.
