**Final, YSP-CE-14U: Team Awesome 12, Don't Pitch Us Off 2**

Team Awesome won the YSP-CE-14U division title at the USA Softball South Dakota Youth Slowpitch Co-ed End of the Year Tournament in Watertown, beating Don't Pitch Us Off 12-2 in the championship final on Aug. 9.

Team Awesome reached the final 3-0 and finished 4-0. The No. 8 seed did not lose a game all weekend and also beat No. 4 seed Don't Pitch Us Off in the bracket.

Team Awesome opened the tournament by beating Base invaders 21-8. It then beat Don't Pitch Us Off 21-5 and Benchwarmers 11-1 before meeting Don't Pitch Us Off again in the final.

Don't Pitch Us Off reached the final 4-1 and finished 4-2. Its run began with an 18-8 win over Free Agents, followed by a 16-6 win over Free Agents on Sunday morning.

Don't Pitch Us Off then beat Base invaders and Benchwarmers on Sunday to earn the rematch with Team Awesome. Team Awesome won that final 12-2 to finish the weekend unbeaten.
