Navy Blue won the Military division title at the 12th Annual Minnesota Softball Military Appreciation Tournament, beating Marines Black 30-20 in the Championship game in Coon Rapids.

Navy Blue reached the final 3-0 and finished 4-0. It beat Air Force Silver 11-2, Army Black 11-10 and Marines Red 11-10 in pool play. Navy Blue did not lose a game: 4 wins in Military.

Marines Black came in as the No. 1 seed and reached the final 2-1. Marines Black lost to Army Gold 17-2 in its first pool game, then beat Air Force Blue 17-2 and Navy Gold 22-14.

In the final, No. 2 seed Navy Blue beat No. 1 seed Marines Black. Marines Black scored 20 runs in the Championship and finished 2-2.

Navy Blue finished 4-0 and Marines Black finished 2-2. Both teams played four games on Friday, September 11.
